Intrinsyx Bio is commercializing 3 decades of academic research in the plant microbiome. Our endophytic microbes cause crop plants, grasses, ornamental plants, and trees to fix Nitrogen (N2) directly from the atmosphere into ammonia. This helps improve nutrient use efficiency, supplement synthetic fertilizer requirements, and increase chlorophyll. We are currently trialing with large players in the forestry industry in the Pacific Northwest and the Southeastern United States. A major component of the Modern Agriculture revolution has been the deployment of synthetic fertilizers, which have largely contributed to the huge improvements in crop yields over the last several decades.

Here At Intrinsyx Environmental, Our scientists are leaders in the field of Phytoremediation, which is the use of plants and their associated microbes to remediate contaminated soil and water. We use our novel collection of plants and microbes to design Integrated Biological Systems for remediating the most prolific environmental pollutants in soil, surface water, and groundwater. With our expertise and proprietary biology, we can successfully remediate even some of the most challenging polluted sites. Our systems offer a cost-effective, sustainable alternative to the more capital and labor-intensive conventional remediation techniques. They also complement and can be used to retrofit existing remediation systems.
