How to upload videos to YouTube

Step 1:

Sign-in to YouTube studio

Step 2:

In the top-right corner, click create and upload videos.

Step 3:

Select the file you would like to upload.

Note: You can upload up to 15 videos at a time. Be sure to click edit on each file to edit your video details. ‚ÄčIf you close the upload experience before you finish choosing your settings, your video will be saved as a draft on your content page.

Option 2: Use unlisted YouTube videos if you want to share videos privately!

Unlisted videos mean your video will not come up in search results or on your channel either. Only those who have the link can view it, and you can share the link with anyone, even those who do not have a YouTube account/username. This means that this video could still be seen by anyone, but only if they have the link!

If your video is already uploaded, go to your video manager under the drop-down menu and you can change the privacy settings for each video as well as delete your videos permanently.

Unlisted Youtube videos are not your best bet if you're a larger, more security-conscious business with a greater amount of potentially sensitive info. This is because, with the unlisted option, you can't control whether your intended viewer will share your URL with someone else.

Option 3: Share videos with absolute control

Use Google Drive or Dropbox to get the shareable link of your video. In this case, you can control who all can see your videos and you can revoke the right to video at any time. Also, only the intended users can see your video if you would like to. Or if you want to make the video public that can also be done. This option provides you with more granular control over access to your videos.
