The available edit options depend on whether the digital business card was created individually or through bulk upload.

Digital business card typeWhat can be editedDesign changes
Individual digital business cardThe recipient can update personal details, modify card content, adjust the design theme, and change the QR code design and color based on the access granted.Full customization is available, including QR code style and card layout.
Bulk-created digital business cardThe recipient can update details in editable fields, such as contact details, job title, and other assigned card information.Design changes must be made on the parent card. Any new design applies to the entire batch automatically. Individual design changes are not possible for one card inside the batch.
