How to share digital business cards with teams
To get started:
Step 1: Log in to QRCodeChimp.
Step 2: Click Dashboard (top right).
Step 3: In the left panel, click Users & Groups under ACTIVE DIRECTORY.

You must have completed the integration and grouping process before proceeding with this step.
You’ll see a list of groups.
To share cards with the group
Find the group you want to share. Click the three-dot button next to it. You’ll see four options:

- Export links for NFC – Downloads an Excel file. Each row has a team member’s name and their digital card short URL.
Embed the links to business cards/tags of your team members and hand them over to your team - Share with Sub-accounts – Opens a window. Pick which sub-accounts to share this group with. Click Share to give them access.
- Share Access – Shares the access link to all group members.
Team members get full access by default. This means they can edit their cards and view analytics, collected contacts, and form responses.
If you want to modify these access levels, such as restricting team members from editing their card while still allowing them to view analytics and collected contacts, you can do so using the Share Access feature. You can choose from: 1. Edit their card 2. View collected contacts and form responses 3. View analytics. - Share QR Code Link via Email – Opens a prompt: On click of the Share button, each recipient in this group will receive an email with their own QR code link. Click Share to send the emails.
To share individual cards
Step 1: Still on the Users & Groups page, navigate to the Action column and click View All Cards.

Step 2: Click the three-dot button next to the individual card you are about to share.

You’ll see these four options:

- Share Access – Sends an access link for this one card.
- Apple Wallet – Lets you design how the card looks in Apple Wallet. Scan the QR code with your iPhone to add it.
- Google Wallet – Same flow, for Android users. Customize, scan, and save it to your phone’s Google Wallet.
- Share QR Code Link via Email – Sends an email to the card owner with their unique QR code link.
Step 3: Or, just click the Share button next to a card (in the Action column).
You’ll get share options:

- Social media – Share it on your profile or in messages.
- Email – Opens your email app to send the link.
- Copy Link – Copies the card link to your clipboard, allowing you to share it via various means.
- Copy Embed Code – Copies HTML so you can embed the card on a website.
