The QR code on one product redirected users to WhatsApp (using the WhatsApp Business API). Users could engage with an AI chatbot to create a custom message for someone. They could choose from various categories, such as Bestie, Bae, Crush, Buddy, and more. This helped the brand provide a highly personalized and engaging experience.
The QR code on the second product redirected users to a website where kids could participate in various gamification experiences. This campaign helped the brand target parents with preschool and school-aged children.
Results
The campaign received a stellar response, as the brand saw hundreds of thousands of combined scans on their packaging QR codes. The brand was also able to generate leads in a non-invasive way while creating a memorable experience for the users.
